    My MOST Favourite Christmas treat is my Mom's Fruitcake. It is so moist and flavourful (she puts a full 26 of Dark Rum into this). Everyone who has tried it over the years always asks for more. If all else fails, I would say Gingerbread of any type is a very close second choice.

    My favorite dessert during the Holiday's/Christmas Time is "Ginger Bread Cookies and Houses." What makes them so special for me is a few of us gather together and make them. The place can become very messy but this a part of the fun for all of us. But mostly the room is full of fun, laughter and love. This moment in time with love and creativity we are gathered together with beautiful sparkling smiles. This is why these desserts are to the top of my favorite holiday dessert. Also making them so much more special to eat....
