Kate Beckinsale wasn't a fan of the surprise gift that was dropped off at her house.
The British actress, 47, shared a video on Instagram on Tuesday revealing that an anonymous fan had left an unsolicited rabbit and a basket of flowers at her front door. Yes, a live animal.
In several since-deleted videos, you can see Kate's confusion and shock over the "pretty unsettling" gift. She crouches beside the rabbit to examine it, and says: "Maybe [the flowers] have a note. Why have we got an adult rabbit?" The person recording the video explained that the gift had arrived at her door.
It's no secret that Kate is an animal lover, as she frequently posts videos with her cat on Instagram. Was this a prank or a fan gift gone wrong? Either way, this was not very bunny.. err funny. ~Marriska Fernandes
Unbelievable! Bunnies live outside all day long with no thought of getting roasted to death from the heat. Common sense? Drama, drama....

Lol at the forever bitter people on this site. She can dress however she wants in her own damn house. Accept that she's hotter than you and move on. And bunnies that live outside all the time are able to move around and into the shade if they would like. Perhaps this one was left in the sun, and had no one been there to intercept it he could have been stuck in that spot for hours. That's not even touching on the fact that giving a pet as a gift to a complete stranger is utterly insane.
The point is the rabbit was left without food, water or something soft to lie on. Minus a cage a bunny has freedom to roam albeit one presumes not in their own territory. Who knows how hot the hallway was or wasn’t I think the point is to not abandon animals!! I don’t see how you connected the woman’s manner of dress to the “ bunny†issue. Nothing is regimented about mode of dress anymore. Here’s hoping the bunny is safe and sound and in a good home.

Why is the main point how the woman is dressed? She is in her own home! She is probably also hotter than all us anyway. The point is that some freak left a poor animal outside to hopefully be found. Even if someone likes animals you don’t leave one or just give one to someone without consent. Duh
What a joke! Everyone is missing the MAIN point. She is an animal lover and someone knew that and left her an animal to love!!! Plus did no one notice there was a bag of Bunny Food left in the basket of flowers??? Give me a break!!! It is not that big of deal!! Geez!! You made the person who left the bunny with the flowers feel like a total fool now!
Lol what? Being an animal lover doesn't mean random people should just be dropping off animals at your house. The person who did that should feel like a fool and hopefully won't do something so ridiculous again. If she wanted a pet bunny I'm sure she would get one for herself.
Apart from the obvious worries about the welfare of the rabbit, her immediate concern would be, "How the hell did the sender know where I live?". Stalker much??
