In select theaters, the Indigenous film Portraits From a Fire is playing and next Tuesday, June 14, are one-night only screenings of Forever Golden! Jurassic World Dominion - While searching for the mother of a newborn velociraptor, Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) enlists the help of familiar faces, including Alan Grant (Sam Neill), Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern), and Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum). Portraits From a Fire - Tyler, an eccentric and lonely teenager, spends his days filmmaking, vlogging his Indigenous community, and hanging out with his grandparents. His father, Gord, is emotionally absent for reasons Tyler cannot understand. That is, until he meets Aaron, a mysterious, charismatic, and influential figure who encourages Tyler to showcase his most personal film about his mother’s disappearance to the community, leading to a reckoning between past and future, life and death, and father and son.
