North worth the $$. I prefer the previous Bond movies to this one and the Casino Royale. However, Casino Royale was more interesting and much better. This is all about unnecessary action. No major plot.

Love the action-packed movie. The theme song was one of the worst Bond songs by far. Minimal sex is good too. 5-stars!

Well, Daniel Craig is still by far the best bond. He consistently brings the intensity in amazing fight scenes and actual emotion when dealing with the enemy...While QOS was an actual "part 2" or Casino Royale it in no way resembled past Bond movies. While they were campy and over the top that is what made them fun. In QOS there is not one gadget, not one dynamic car, no dum diddy dum dum music throughout, no clear enemy with some sort of devious plan or facial laceration, no humour, no classic bond line "Bond, James Bond" etc., no using the opening music sequence. I mean sure the realism is great and all but at least Casino Royale had the mini defibulator and La Chifre had a "weird" chara

Well this is a woman's point of view,but I was disappointed. Even my husband agreed, too much shoot-em-up scenes, car chases etc. again and again. A very full of action movie but no real plot or suspense,a couple of jump in seat scenes but basically pretty much bang,crash,jump and roll scenes. But James he's loooooooooking good, so he gets 5 stars on looks. Oh ladies, sorry he stays dressed outside of shirt scene...oh well

The movie was entertaining...but disappointing compared with previous James Bond's movies. The movie Director forgot to include more of his gadgets and toys and the car was disappointing with nothing special on it. This was like a low budget version of 007's movie.

so what is quantum trying to do? steal water from bolivia and manufacture hydrogen? its not really clear, most likely on purpose because crucial interrogation scenes are cut out. but lots of action, explosions. casino royale still by far the best bond.

Gosh people, what do you expect? It's a fictional spy story. It provides good action entertainment. You get all uptight about a movie. It worries the rest of us that most of you also get to vote, let alone have children. Now that's something to get uptight about.

I am a HUGE JB fan ... seen them all -- this WAS 'ok' --- VERY contrived and forced in areas --- NOT up to the other great Bondesque levels. (silly, of course .. but after free falling from the plane she's still going to have her 5" heals with her? PLEEAASSSEEEEE)

I strongly disagree with those who panned this movie. Although none of the usual gadgetry it was full of action and suspense. As entertaining as any Bond movie I've seen, and I've seen em all. signed.......GWH

I had read some reviews here before watching, so was expecting an "ok" movie. Could not be further from the truth, this movie was awesome. It cut out all the things I did not like about the older bonds, to much talk, not enough action. This really keeps you on the edge of your seat, you have little time to think of what might happen next. In regard to the plot, you must watch Casino Royal, or else it will most definitely be confusing. In fact this movie is really Casino Royal part II. I think the writers are trying to make bond more episodic, that is each movie has a connection to the previous one, and sets things up for the next. Also, this movie might look short, but its sure is sweet. :)

I am a huge Bond fan and as far as I'm concerned it was an ok movie but you might as well put a different label on it. It doesn't resemble anything "Bond" to me. What happened to the humor, cool gadgets and all the fun spy stuff Bond used to be about? I know these are supposed to be more realistic but I miss the good old days.

Full of action, and excitement. Daniel Craig is at his best at another bond film. I loved every minute of the film, the adventure, and all the action.A four and a half star. Look for more of my reviews. E.B.A.

Amazing movie! I don't understand when people say the story didn't make sense; it was a perfect continuation of Casino Royal. Perhaps not if one is unable to grasp any sort of in-depth story what so ever. All in all an amazing Bond movie that’s taken 007 in a new direction.

This movie is horrible..worst Bond movie I have seen in years...too fast..and blurry...too confusing...I was very disappointed..I would not recommend this movie to anyone.

I found the movie action packed, but the plot (Was there really one there??) was terrible. I think Daniel Craig's character has become a Jason Bourne clone, without the plot line. I will either rent or buy the DVD, but hopefully the writing (What were you thinking Paul Haggis????) will improve.

It's funny to read the comments of many people here. They view the film(s) as terrible, all the while using terrible grammar, spelling and language. Reviews that slander this film as the "worse Bond ever" (yes that'd a direct quote) should be ignored for the simple fact that the individuals producing them are obviously not old enough to have any idea about the Bond franchise as a whole. This was a good film. It was action heavy and showed Bond as capable of more than just suave fist-a-cuffs. He is now a rival for Bourne who contains grit an guile in a way that Bond never has. The camera works is choppy, the plot was set up (for the most part) in Casino Royale. Was there any need

Not bad for an action movie, if you really like blurry, jerky crashes and flips. Quite disappointing for a Bond film. I thought Casino Royale was a reboot heading in the right direction. They better pick it up in the next installment, or they're going to lose an entire generation of Bond loyalists.

The story line is complete. Follow it through the streets, chases and story telling. Action is very good as well. Well worth the the money for the experience of the big screen.

WHERE was the car?The movie wasn't too bad,though.The editing job made it almost like a bunch of teaser clips strung together.Nice action,but VERY lacking in any decent plot.It is known as a "popcorn" movie,but is no worse than "The Living Daylights".This one WILL make money.

I am a huge Bond fan, and I have never really been as disappointed as I was after seeing Quantum. It was the worst Bond movie in years, the story made absolutely no sense. Don't get me wrong the action was good, but the plot was terrible and he never even hooked up with a good looking girl like the usual 007. If the movies continue to go in this direction, James Bond has a brutal future.
