It was way too long and predictable. Yes Brad was good and the story was fun but it was really too long.

Easily the best movie I have seen in 2008. Interesting to note that Heath Ledger has a best supporting actor nomination in the Golden Globes. If the Oscar's follow suit, it paves the way for Brad Pitt to earn himself a best actor award. This is by far his best role to date. He won't be alone on Oscar night either. Plenty of other screen performances to tempt the Oscar voters. Don't be upset if all you Brad fans don't see him with a trophy. This should take Best Picture for many reasons. If you don't take many trips to the theatre, make a point to see this movie. Brilliant!

It was absolutely beautiful. I loved almost everything about it to be completely honest. I was unsure about Brad Pitt, but I was quite satisfied with the entire cast. This movie has been moved into my top five favourite movies.

This movie is truely amazing! I can't believe that Marley& Me and bedtime stories beat this movie! The make up and acting in this is excellent! Trust me it is not boring one bit.. I can't even use words of how good this film was. GO SEE IT! Enough said.

OVER- RATED some people love jumping on the band wagon. Its not a BAD movie. But honestly the plot is a little odd/creepy, too slow and long and definitely not worth the FUSS. Dont be afraid to dislike a movie that has good ratings when its BORING AND WERID.

ok for people who don't like the movie..you have to be able to have a attention spand of more than a potatoe lolololol....it was a fantastic movie and they needed the three hours to tell the story or else you losa's would be on here complaining that they left so many things unanswered...if they took anything out it would of felt fast forward...it was a fantastic movie about life,love and accaptance...the stupid movies you guys give ratings you need to take more time to understand the movies

Moving, engaging, thought-provoking, beautiful fantastic story. 3 hour movie, but did not drag - my butt did not get numb. Really lovely - only slight negative was the old Cate Blanchett mumbling. Well worth your time and $. Beautiful!

This was an amazingly poignant movie... I was a little concerned given the multitude of different reviews on this movie, but was mesmerized from the moment the movie started. It was long, but I did not notice that at all... I was caught up in the wonder and superb story and could have stayed there another 3 hours. Brad and Cate are wonderful in this movie... the special effects on Brad early on in the movie are incredible.. his best movie in years. Go see it!! 5 stars

decent movie, but nothing to get excited about definately not a movie to take your kids to for sure, as they would most likely be bored out of their minds. the plot dragged on a little long for me and many parts could have been removed, not worth my 3 hours + $10

This movie is excellent. I found it very very moving. I cried for like a whole hour toward the ending. It has everything, above all it is about life, unconditional love, someone who appreciates living, an overall outstanding, sureal being. Go See It. You will not be disapointed. If it doesn't get the oscar I will be so upset, this movie so deserves the recognition.

An amazing movie! Brad Pitt, as Benjamin Button, was so endearing. He really touched my heart. This movie has so many layers. It brilliantly portrays the different stages/ages of an individual's life. Very reflective!

Excellent film, very moving. It really gets you thinking about your life. Those who found it a "snoozefest" did not allow themselves to be drawn in by the story or analyze its depths of meaning. If you are looking for a great tale, bring along some attentiveness and you'll really enjoy it!

FORREST GUMP RIP OFF! The first half of the movie is quite engaging and draws you in and I thought wow, it is good. Unfortunately the film drags on for an hour too long and unlike Forrest Gump or the Titanic which were so superb that the time flew, Benjamin Button begins to lag and it becomes a matter of filling in the blanks and giving us as much info on what happened to the characters as possible. It's quite tedious as is Cate Blanchett's fake "old voice" which really began to grate on my nerves. The makeup job, the concept and the first half fantastic. I really struggled not to walk out during the last hour and I didn't know until after but my partner had been feeling the same way, as did

This was like no other movie I have ever seen because of the backwards and interesting way in which it portrays life. The story itself was also rather interesting and long. Brad Pitt did a great job, and the make up artistry was fabulous. The story line could have been a bit more interesting and I found that there were bouts of long drawn out conversations and menial plots but over all a rather enjoyable movie. I think to enjoy this you have to be able to realize the deeper meaning of how the movie portrays life, and the significance of the characters and Benjamin’s life story. I was dragged to this Movie by my Wife,and I have to admit I enjoyed very much,a very different type of Movie from what I would normally like.The acting by everyone in the film was very good,but the standout,award worthy performance,was by Taraji P.Henson as Queenie.This woman deserves to be a Big Star,she stole every scene she was in,an amazing Talent.

Koodoos to the computer staff, great job. It still amzes me that Brad Pitt can just stand, not say a word, look into space and people think he's acting. I'm sorry but he's nothing more than a pretty face and body pretending to be something he's not...an actor. The dancing was fabulous, Cate Blanchett delivered a very plausible performance; I'd loved to have those legs. Julia Ormand's chararcter could've been played by any actress as it was pretty nondescript; but hey she got paid big bucks and I didn't so who's the winner here? As I said, the computer was great! Did anyone who like the movie actually watch it? This movie is like the result of "Titanic" and "Forrest Gump" mating. I did not even watch it to the end. It was not original and highly predictable. There was no real depth to the movie or the characters. It is unnecessarily long and slow, the story could have skipped some parts and the movie may then have been at least worth my 10 bucks. Whew!
